I am a 29 year-old student from Brazil looking for a room to rent from the 18th of July to the 4th of Sep preferably in Coolingwood, Richmond, Fitzroy or Carlton.

I am a non-smoker and would prefer to share a room in a non-smoking house/flat. I like sharing house activities like cleaning common areas, etc, am into recycling and would be up for healthy activities with house/flat mates.

I am easy-going and respectful and expect house/flat mates to be as well. Gender, origin or sexual orientation do not matter. I'd prefer to share a house/flat with people of same age range, but wouldn't mind sharing with younger serious students. I could easily live with older house/flat mates.

Ideally the house/flat would have wireless internet and a couple of like-minded cool house/flat-mates.
