Im heading overseas at the end of december so have a fully furnished room available to rent in an apartment in southbank.
Its a modern complex with pool, spa and gym. Trams are a stroll away (St kilda road, or sturt street), walk to flinders street is just 10 minutes.  IGA is 2minutes walk, MCG takes bout 15 minutes and south melbourne market also 15 minutes.
Room has a queen bed in it.
The apartment has most things required (no iron or microwave as of yet). You would be staying with my other housemates (2 guys 1 girl all mid twenties)
Im not sure of the exact date i will be back in the house but can be negotiated, i will be back about the 27th of jan but am willing to rent it out for a week or so after if needed.
will require a bond and photo id
