'alternative place' to stay from July 19

Hi! My name is Ricardo, I am a 29 year-old student from Brazil looking for a place to stay from the 19th of July (next Saturday) preferably in Fitzroy or surrounding areas.

I was originally looking for a room, but as I am not staying long (a few weeks and maybe until Sept then I'm off to France for my masters degree) and can't seem to be able to find an individual room, I thought I would put an ad for an 'alternative accommodation solution'.

I would be happy with a mattress on the floor and some space to keep my suitcase. I can afford to pay some rent depending on the place and could also babysit or offer other services (French or Portuguese classes for instance) in exchange.

I am easy-going and respectful. I like sharing house activities like cleaning common areas, etc, am into recycling and would be up for healthy activities with house/flat mates.

I am a non-smoker and would prefer live in a non-smoking environment. The place must also be drug-free.
