I have two large fully furnished rooms available for short term rent in the upper floor of this two storey contemporary house. The bedrooms are light and modern and each contains quality furnishings, linen, a queen size bed, built in robes and your own modern bathroom.

The house is beautiful and a great base for a professional working in Melbourne and looking for short term accommodation ( potential for long term)  The house is extremely light, very groovy and comfortable as it was fully renovated  3 years ago.
 
Must have own car (only transport nearby is bus). Great location 2 minutes to Yarraville Village and 10 minutes to the CBD by car. Yarraville train station is a one minute drive with plenty of all day parking. Train is only 5 stops to Flinders Street.
 
Room is $300 each per week single plus bills.
 
Bond of $300.00
 
You would be sharing the with one other 35 year old professional who has own bedroom and bathroom downstairs.
