Hi. I’m looking for accommodation from 19 Jan – 15 Feb 2010 when I will be on holiday from Edinburgh, Scotland. I am a retired non-smoking male quantity surveyor and am after a quiet room/apartment while in Melbourne. I'm flexible about location but preferably quite central - I intend to buy/hire a bike so would like to be near a park/cycleways. Also being near the sea appeals. My budget is around $200 - 300 pw. Thanks for any interest,
