Looking to swap fully furnished room in Carnegie for a furnished unit in Perth or surrounds. I will be leaving for Perth on the 12th of December and ideally I need accommodation for two professional females.
About my unit:
Tennant (or couple) must be clean, respectful, friendly, and able to pay bills on time. Sharing with quiet professional female. If you are looking for a party house unfortunately you won’t find it here.
The unit has a large lounge with adjoining dining room, ducted heating, a medium-sized bathroom (incl sep shower and full bath), two carpeted double bedrooms with built-in robes, internal laundry with washing machine, separate toilet, tones of storage space, and is in a really quiet block. The unit also has a double lock-up garage, private courtyard and a small outdoors cat that is very sociable and well trained.
Room includes queensize bed, built-in robes, dressing table, large mirror, side tables and carpet. You may require your own chest of drawers if preferrred. Any unwanted furniture in the room can be stored in the garage.
The unit (Truganini Rd, Carnegie) is minutes away from Monash Caulfield Uni, biking distance to its neighboring suburbs Malvern and Glen Iris, and walking distance to the train, trams, local shopping strip and the Carnegie outdoors pool. Carnegie is approx 20mins to the city on the freeway or 30mins on the train. St Kilda beach is 10mins away.
The available bedroom swapped is free however all bills (elect, gas) are shared. Water is free. The bond is $750. Extension of stay is possible.
References required and a sublet agreement will need to be signed. I am happy to sign a sublet or contract on the swapped property.
