No pets, sorry. And we always prefer employed people, naturally.
We are aged 34 (f) & 38 (m).
$175 per week/$35 a night for single person, $220 per week/$45 a night for a couple. Rent also covers water, electricity & gas bills. Rent is paid 1 week in advance (ie no bond required).

Its a pretty easy-going & tolerant house. Sometimes on a Sunday we might all eat together if we're all at home, but no pressure, you don't have to if you don't want. Other than that, everyone pretty much does their own thing. You have your own shelves in the pantry & fridge, but you don't need to worry about bringing your own crockery/cutlery anything like that - we have plenty. If you have your own towel & bedding, that's cool, but the room comes with sheets, towels, a stack of pillows, blanket & a double doona if you want them. And there's a washing machine & clothesline too.

Brunswick is an easygoing, 'arty' suburb with lots of little bars and cafes. Fast becoming gentrified, historically Brunswick was a working class migrant area, reflected in the many Greek, Lebanese, Italian, Indian etc restaurants around. Sydney Road is being called the 'new' Brunswick Street.

***Room Available 13 Oct - 24 Oct, room is then taken from the night of 24 Oct - 23 Nov***
