Hello my name is Christopher I am a 36y/o single male who is pretty chilled and respects privacy. The room to rent is $160p/w for a single and $200p/w for a couple and that includes ALL UTILITY BILLS, plus FREE WIFI internet, unlimited local calls and unlimited calls to optus mobile!
I own a two storey townhouse in Parkville which is about 1klm from the CBD with train and tram on my doorstep...it's a great location for public transport!
 
I have a fully furnished house with off street parking, a lovely outdoor courtyard with a garden great for summer bbq's! Big kitchen with gas and a dishwasher, laundry with a dryer, 1 bathroom with spa bath, two toilets and also a study with a balcony which you are free to use if you would like some quite time to study/relax ect...
 
The room to rent has a double bed with BIR for either a single person or couple.
 
I will be on holiday from 10th December 2009-27th January 2010 so you will have the whole house to yourself for about 7 weeks.
 
Finally I have two lovely burmese cats who are mostly indoor but they will be in a cattery whilst I'm gone. If you think my home may suite you please contact me....Thanks!
