Room Available in Terrace house in Fitzroy. Perfect location in between Smith St. and Brunswick St.
I am going on holiday for one month from the 14th of december until the 17 of january (5 weeks) and am looking for an easy going, friendly person who doesn't mind a mess, and likes a drink to let my room.
I am charging 250$/week if you couldn't stay the all time (minimum of 2 weeks) and 1000$ for the 5 weeks.
It's a sharehouse with two lovely housemate and in the perfect location in Melbourne, everything is close by. You will have a bedroom (doublebed) and a balcony and you will have to share the kitchen and the bathroom.
