I'm going overseas for two months at the end of this year and am looking for someone to sub-let my room for some portion of this time. I leave on the 27th Nov, get back around the 26th of Jan. There is some flexibility with these dates.

The room itself is a medium sized upstairs room. It's cosy, quiet (particularly for Parkville) and fully furnished with a bed, desk, shelves, drawers and a wardrobe just outside the door. It has a nice north facing window which catches great natural light and makes it really pleasant to just spend time in. It also has a personal lock for extra security.

The house is four bedrooms. One other housemate is going away over the same period, so the other room will most likely have another sub-letter in it.

The house is perfectly located, multiple trams within 4mins walk. Melbourne University is virtually just across the road and Lygon St with its cafes and restaurants is just the other side of the University.

The rent is $650 a month, which includes electricity, internet and water.
