I have a large furnished bedroom to rent for the summer while I'm away.  The room is available 1st Dec - 21 Jan.  Rent is $660/month or $165/week.
The house is a four bedroom sharehouse and we are all in our mid 20s.
The house is fully furnished, with TV, cooking utensils, washing machine and a broadband internet connection.  There is also a communal lawn out the back.
The house is in a brilliant location, with trams and trains, the river, chapel st etc all right near by.
