Hi there,
I am a staightforward, 22 year old British born Indian, currently staying in Melbourne until New Years. I need some accomodation until then and can pay the bond and a substantial portion of the rent for the period upfront. I am a recent Accounting and Finance graduate from a top 5 UK university and doing some travelling and working in Australia. I like to think I am fun and social and can either keep to myself or be the life of the party. I am a professional DJ back home aswell as a part qualified accountant and show due respect to all. 3 years of university and a good upbringing mean that I enjoy living in a clean and tidy environment and am willing to help with any chores on top of tidying after myself. I have no problems with pets either. I have brought my Mountain Bike with me from the UK as biking is a great hobby. If you would like a no fuss, solid choice tenant for this period then I would say I am perfect or worth making some exceptions for e.g. the length  of minimum stay or gender preference.
