Hi There,

On offer is 1 bedroom in my cute North Melbourne flat. Available from January 21st til February 12th - we would prefer a whole 3 week stay.
Rent for the three weeks is $650 (or nearest offer) plus a $200 bond to be returned when the premises are vacated. The rent includes water/gas/power bills.
The ground floor flat is roomy and includes a large kitchen, washing machine and heating. Unfortunately no internet :(.
The room is fully furnished, and includes a lovely queen size bed, desk, chair, and one built in robe. Bed linen will be provided.
The room will suit a single or a couple.
Flat is situated on the corner of Haines and Curzon Streets, North Melbourne, is a 10 minute walk to the Victoria Market, and 5 minutes to Errol Street. Public transport is close - the 55, 59 and 57 Trams are around the corner, a bus stop is situated out the front, and the North Melbourne train station is a 10 minute walk.
