I have 1 room available in a clean and modern unit for short term rent in McKinnon. Looking for someone to stay from 1 week up to 2 months.

The room has built in robe, queen futon bed, comfy armchair, TV, CD player and wireless internet.

Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, pub, petrol & convenience stores, 8 min walk to Zone 1 train station (20 minutes on train to CBD) & 10 min walk to tram stop (no. 64 tram).

You will be sharing with 27yo female with 1 very friendly cat who lives indoors and outdoors. I'd like to have someone I can talk to and get along with and maybe have a chat over a glass of wine after a big day, and I also value my own time and respect your time. Someone close to my age group (25-35yo) is preferable and gender is not an issue.

$205 per week (incl. bills & wireless internet) dependent on length of stay.
