FULLY FURNISHED SPACIOUS COMFY ROOM available for 7 weeks between 17th November and 7th January. I am going overseas for a holiday and looking to rent my room out to ONE person for this period (Dates are negotiable) (sorry no couples please)

Great location - Located in the south eastern suburb of Carnegie. Its 5 mins walk to the train station, and about 20 mins by train to the city. Safeway, Woolworths, all major banks and the busy Koornang road are also 5 mins walk away. Ample street car parking.

Amenities - Broadband wifi internet, TV, washing machine, spacious closets. Double Bed, Work Desk, Fan.

Rent is $130 per week (INCLUDING bills)
No bond required but I will require the rent in advance every week.

We are 2 working males both aged 25. This is a 2 bedroom apartment. My housemate who stays in the other room is easy going, jovial, and fun. We keep the place clean and tidy especially the kitchen. If you're a smoker, there's a scenic balcony to bring down those stress levels. :D
