We have a large bedroom available for 2 month while the renter is overseas. It is fully furnished with cabinets, bed and TV.

The house is located in Williamstown, about a 2 minute walk from the swimming beach. It is a 4 bedroom house with spacious kitchen, large living area,1 bathroom and large backyard with outdoor area. You would be sharing with 3 late 20's males who are easy going and very easy to live with.

The house is located minutes walk from either Williamstown or Williamstown Beach train station. Also located short walk to shops, restaurants, pubs. It is about 15 min by train into Melbourne CBD and 13kms by car.

Smokers okay, but outside only

The room will be available from 5th November to 16nd January 2010. Dates can be flexible if need be so you could move in sooner and leave later.

Would suit young male/female who is easy going, independant and neat and tidy.
