I have beautiful double room available in a gorgeous cottage in Richmond/Cremorne. The lease is for one month only so ideal for those who need a room fast whilst they sort out something more permanent. Ideally I'm looking for a female 25-35yrs old.
The house is a stand alone Victorian cottage on a quiet street between Swan St (6/7min walk) and Church Street (5 min walk). There's plenty of tram stops in walking distance to both the City and Chapel Street and it's equal distance between Richmond and East Richmond train stations. There's also ample street parking.
The house itself has two double bedrooms, an immaculate bathroom and study. The living area is all open plan and leads out to a beautiful garden boarded by white rose bushes, which are just coming into bloom. It's a great space for relaxing with a glass of wine. The kitchen is ultra modern with granite work surfaces and a stainless steel fridge and dishwasher. There's also a European laundry with washer/dryer.
Your room is a large double with BIR, ornamental fire place and mantel. You'll need to supply a bed.
The bills for the month will be $43 each for Foxtel plus an additional $70 to cover water/gas/electricity - neg
