I am looking to lease out my room for a month whilst i'm away from Melbourne. There are a lot of advantages, i.e. within walking distance to the following:
  • Public transport train station (Balaclava) & trams
  • Supermarkets/cafes/bars
  • St Kilda Beach (10min walk)
This is a two bedroom apartment, fully furnished with mod cons and you will be sharing with one other person. The apartment is clean and tidy and the room is large with a tv, double bed and space will be organised for you things so you feel at home.
We are looking for a trustworthy person, who is happy to rent a room for a great price!!
Rent is $580 for the month or $180 per week. I will require a bond and a couple of references from you also. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions.
