Hi my name is Louise, and I will have a double fully furnished room available from 24 November 2009 until mid January 2010 for anyone wanting short-term accommodation: perfect for students, backpackers or someone wanting temporary accommodation. I will consider early availability for urgent accommodation required (4 weeks minimum).
It is located less than a minute walk from Gardiner station on the Glen Waverley line (20mins from city). No.72 tram at door step, and No. 6 tram within short walking distance. The apartment itself is quite large and quiet considering the location with car parking available.
 
I am offering the room for $800 for 4 weeks stay including all bills (except groceries), $1000 for 6 weeks stay including all bills (except groceries) or $1,200 for 7weeks including all bills (except groceries). No bond required.
 
Almost forgot! Apartment has fast wireless broadband available and foxtel (all included).
 
You will be sharing with myself, I am a 23 year old professional female  working full time, who is sociable, likes a few drinks and keeping fit.
