I have a beautiful cottage in Richmond/Cremorne to rent from 10th or 15th Nov 09 until 10th 0r 15th May 2010, possibly until June.
Situated in a quiet street, this lovely house comprises of 2 double bedrooms (1 with BIW) plus a cute study and immaculate bathroom. The living space is all open plan and leads onto a garden lined in white rose bushes, which are just coming into bloom. This garden really is perfect for entertaining in the Summer months. The kitchen includes dishwasher and granite work tops and the property comes with washer and dryer. There's wooden flooring throughout and the property will be unfurnished.
There's ample on-street parking on this safe and secure road. It's a 7/8 min walk to Swan Street, 5 min stroll Church Street and 2 min drive to Chapel Street.. this really is a wonderful location. There's plenty of tram stops close by and both Richmond and East Richmond train stations are a stones throw away.
The rent is $510 p/w plus bills and foxtel ($85 p/m - which can be canceled in April if desired). I'd be happy to also consider a inclusive rate for the right people.
Ideally I'd prefer a professional couple or individuals or a family and will require references and a bond. As I'll be located in Sydney I need to be vigilant about any potential tenants.
