Room has heating, polished floor boards, QS bed, bedside table, drawers and a couch.  You would be sharing a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 female.

The apartment is Art Deco with a renovated kitchen (dishwasher) & bathroom (deep bath). Washing machine & clothes dryer available for use.

If you want somewhere close to the CBD & quiet that is much cheaper than a Hotel & a palace compared to some hostels, this is it.
The tram stop is a 2min walk away & the tram takes 8 -10 mins to the CBD.
