About our house
3 bedroom house with a 2min walk to the tram stop (112) and a 10min walk to preston market. The room is a nice size and can fit a queen bed and tallboys in quiet comfortably. The house is already fully furnished, but you are welcome to bring any furnishing you may have. We have full laundry setup (washer and drier), tv, wireless internet, bath, outdoor area, off street parking, central heating.

Rent per month is $440/month (due on the 16th) and bond is $391, other expenses are gas, water, electricity and if using internet. It is an extra $50 to get your name on the bond on top of this if you want this option (this is what our real estate charges for paperwork alterations.). If you move in prior to the 16th you will pay on a weekly basis until the month rent is due.

About Us
Amanda: i'm a 27 year old lesbian in a relationship. I work full time, enjoy keeping fit by going to the gym. I enjoy going out mostly on the weekends and staying in.

Kate: i'm a 22 year old bi female who is very open minded. I work full time and enjoy spending time at home. I am into alternative expressions of sexuality and require respect from other housemates regarding my preferences and activities.

About You
We are looking for a happy female or gay male who is VERY opened minded. We usually cook our own meals, we keep mess confined to our rooms and generally keep the rest of the house fairly tidy. We hang out and socialise but are also respectful of quiet time and independence. We are both smokers and tend to smoke inside, if someone had a problem with this we would be happy to confine it to our bedrooms with the door shut, but prefer not to smoke outside.

Must be okay with cats, we have two very friendly ones!
