Hi. I'm interested in buying a house in a good, blue chip suburb in Melbourne, ideally in the East. If you would also like to purchase a property but don't have enough cash for the downpayment or can't get a big enough loan from the bank for the house you're dreaming of; consider the idea of teaming up with me to jointly secure a loan to buy a good house in a good suburb.
