I am looking to secure a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the Southbank or Docklands area for around $400000. Require interest only vendor finance for whole amount for a 5 year term, more or less by negotiation.
 
Alternatively an investor could purchase a suitable apartment and then on sell to me for an initial profit and then receive a good ongoing return on capital by providing me with an interest only first mortgage for 5 years.
 
I currently live/rent in Southbank, have a good paying and steady job in the mining industry, am married with one child and sick of renting. Unable to provide deposit right now (will explain). I do qualify for the FHOG.
