car park space in CBD(Latrobe&Queen st.)

I have car space available on Latrobe st(corner with queen st.). It is in a secure off road car park. I am asking you for $200 per month.

Rules:
- either one of us can end the lease at the end of any month
- if i move out of my apartment you will need to end the lease whenever that happens and i will reimburse you for the part of that month the car space isn't available
- payment is to be by a transfer to my bank account on the same day of every month
- if you lose the remote control key(of which there is only 1) you, not me, will be liable for the $150 replacement fee
