Hello,
 
I am a 34 year old female with an indoor cat (maybe 2 if I can fit her in) looking to rent a house in Vermont, Blackburn, Mitcham, Box Hill, Glen Waverly or other areas near by.
I have all the furniture needed to set up a house (apart from your bedroom stuff).
I am looking for someone aged 32+ professionally employed to share with me for at least a year and sign a lease etc. I want a mature, supportive, respectful household, not a party-every-weekend type house. I would like the rent to be up to $400 a week in total (half each).
 
I am placing this ad to see what kind of response I get. I will rent alone if I don't find anyone I think I can live with.
