Hi, I am looking to secure a two bedroom, two bathroom (min) apartment in Southbank area in late August early September under $400000. Can be older type apartment. Looking for Vendor finance for whole amount at 9% interest for 5 year fixed term.
 
Alternatively an investor may want to look at buying a place and then on sell to me for an initial profit and then receive a good return on capital for the next 5 years. I currently rent in Southbank, have a steady job ($125000p.a) in the mining industry, am married with one child and sick of renting. Unable to provide deposit right now (will explain). I do qualify for the FHOG.
