We are a professional married couple in our early 40s with no children, looking for long term house-sitting (6-12months). We plan to start looking for our own home next year and are needing accommodation in the meantime. We are both very 'house-proud', and have always treated the properties of others with the greatest respect, as if they were our own. We have rented several times as a couple, and have always had excellent relationships with our landlords. We both really enjoy taking care of animals and we understand how important it is to find mature and responsible people to care for your pets and your home.
