We are currently renting a shop at 274 Inkerman St, St Kilda East however we are looking to buy a new shop so are wanting to tranfer our lease to someone.
The transfer can hopefully take place in the next few months, however this will be conditional on how quickly we can find a new shop.
The original lease ends at the end of August 2010 but there is an option for 3 years on top of that.
The shop is 42 square metres and has kitchen and toilet facilities.
Rent is currently $1510 per month.
