I make the best fish and chips in the country, and need somewhere to operate from. Could be a cafe or fish & chip shop or even pub. I have some of my own equipment, but need a place or partner. I am looking for somewhere in the south eastern suburbs, from Mornington to Port Melb'  It's not just F&C but other British food.
 
You may already be operating, mabe have a cafe not doing to well, or simply looking to increase revenue. I have about 200 regular customers waiting for me to get something going.
