Studio hours are 10am-10pm (this is negotiable) please note this is not a live in studio.

There is a kitchenette, toilet, sink area, out side courtyard, ping-pong and a piano.  You must like dogs because my dog has full run of the property and will need to go through the studio to get out the back.

About me: I am a mid 20's lass who owns and runs a vintage clothing business (this is at the front of the property) I enjoy all sorts of art and craft and would love to have other like minded people around. 

I also have 2 more studios available (in a large shared room) so hopefully we can make a wonderful fun and creative place.
