3 Professional workers require a clean and reasonably modern house/unit within 8kms of CBD. The property would need to be on or within 5 minutes walk of tram/train lines but also provide off street parking. Would prefer if possible: floorboards, shower, 3 bedrooms (or 2 with a study, or 2 with extra dining room), on own street frontage. At the moment we reside in Thornbury but would be interested in CBD, areas around brunswick, clifton hill, thornbury, fitzroy, albert park, port melbourne and collingwood. Ideally the lease would be 12 months but would like option to have longer lease. Non Smokers and responsible.
