I offer a nice fully furnished, small, single study room of an apartment for rent.
It is located on the 6th floor in 8 McCrae St, Docklands Village. The location is quite central. There is a tram station just in front of the entrance. Flinders Street (CBD) is just 5 minutes away by foot and with the tram you can get easily to the famous Federation Square and other nice spots (have a look at google maps). Waterfront city is nearby and great for shopping.
Usually three other people are living in this apartment too. Two are sharing a double room, one has its own single room. You just have to share the bathroom with the one in the other single room. The double room has a separate bathroom. Living room and kitchen is shared by everybody.
The apartment building is very secure, there are two security doors to pass and the lift needs to be activated too (you do that all by just using a transponder as a key – no worries it's easy) You would have access to the 5th level as well, where a nice swimming pool and barbeque area is located at. You can use it whenever you like to.
A fast broadband internet connection is available and all bills are already included in the rent.
The rent is 740 $ a month and you need to pay a bond of 500 $ once, which you will get back on the date when you leave. The minimum stay is 6 month. The single room is earliest available on the 13th of November 2009.
I am only looking for a reliable person, who can pay the rent on time, either a student or a full time worker.
