Hey all,
Current housemate is moving out end of this year, so I will have a furnished room available with ensuite bath & shower, built in wardrobe.
If you're interested in living in lovely South Yarra for $203/week - not including utilities.
Utilities (gas/electricity) bills come every 2months, and usually cost each about $50. Telephone/internet(wireless) is also connected here, and the monthly cost is about $30 each.
A bit about myself:
I'm a nurse. Female. 23 years old. Easygoing, like to go out, love the beach, love music of all kinds, and all forms of exercise. I'm also a travel addict - been to many countries. Originally from Canada, I really appreciate a hot day!
 
So, the room will be available Jan '09 or end of Dec '08.
I have a balcony, washer/dryer & dishwasher. Love it here, and would enjoy having a roommate of similar age, preferably female (but not mandatory) and non-smoker please.
