Gay, straight or gay friendly. The app was fully renovated 12 months prior to me bying it. Hard wood floors through out. Heating and aircon in the living area which sevices the whole place very well. Kitchen is pure white with granite bench tops and stainless steele fittings. The room has a queen size bed which can stay or go depending if you have your own... It has new carpet and freshly painted walls. the built in robes have double door mirrors also. There is a courtyard which is occupied by Jed, my 5 yr old Staffy.He's very quiet and not a barker. We live close to Carslile street which is great for eating and drinking. And close to trams, train and buses. you can walk to the movies from here in 10 mins and chapel street in 15 mins. If your a fitness first member its seven mins walk from the front door. Excellent location. on the street parking only as i use the one and only car bay out the back. the complex of 11 app is fully secured. share bathroom.
