I live in North Melbourne.i will transfer my lease if someone transfer their lease on me . we will swap lease
I am renting a 2 bedroom unit (Ground floor). I have a separate car parking.
I m looking for a unit at first floor. So I want to swap my unit with someone who lives at first floor.
As I live near the city, I would like to swap my unit with someone who lives in the vicinity of the city.
I have a gas cooking kitchen; I don’t want to swap my unit with someone having electric cooking.
