the house is spacious, with large bedrooms, living areas and kitchen, as well as good sized backyard. House is carpeted and fully furnished except for the free bedroom which has built in robes.
The house is close to everything- quick walk to tram, train, shopping centre, Victoria St, Bridge Rd and easy access to CBD.
Current housemates are both 24, working full time, social and easy going.
