Date Listed: 15/05/2008 hello people ive got a spare room in a two bedroom unit in toorak for 175 p/w the second bedroom is decent size big enough to hold a double bed and minimal furniture seperate lounge n kitchen with seperate toilet to bathroom unit also has balcony looking into the street. I study throughout the week but on the weekends i like to socialise and wht not so im looking for some one who is easy to get along likes to have a good old chat isnt shy, must have some sort of direction with their life (no bums) haha must enjoy a beer or two and going out having a good time. but in saying that is resonable and considerate with noise and is clean and tidy and picks up after themselves not keen to clean after you! not to much to ask...so if you are interested or want to come and check it out give me a call on 0401666364 daina
