2 bedroom apartment wanted for accomodation of 24 year old female and 5 yr old cat. i am a non-smoker and non-drinker and consider myself a quiet and responsible person. i would be happy to live anywhere from lilydale to east warburton but prefer the quiet lifestyle of those that live out warburton way. i am an apprentice in horticulture to the shire of yarra ranges and being paid on apprentice wages means that i can only afford an apartment that costs aprox. $120 per week. i love horses and reading books is a prefered past time to partying. i am willing to maintain lawns and garden if it means i can pay a little bit less in rent.
