Hi,

I have a room for rent (available 20th october) in my modern 2 bedroom apartment. It is a very convenient location and takes 18 minutes to get to the city by train. I also have two trained house rabbits as pets. Your room is unfurnished, but everything else is provided and most appliances are very new. Broadband is installed, and the unit even has a spa bath! I am not too fussy about what sort of person you are as long as you are clean respectful and do not smoke. I am a 26 year old guy who works in the city.
