We have just paid off our mortgage in Brisbane and as a reward would like to take a lifestyle change in Melbourne.
 
We have 1 very well behaved dog and we would be looking for a house somewhere within a 5km radius of the Melbourne CBD.
 
We would treat the property with utmost respect and are prepared to sign a 12 month lease.  Ideally we would like to do this in January/February 2010.
 
We will be visiting Melbourne in early December and would be more than happy to meet up with any home owners or agents to discuss our circumstances.
