Cooking stove- All the cutlery & instruments u can imagine- spoons, whisk, mixers etc.
Exhaust .
Vaccum machine.
Blankets,
Bed,

Dustbins,
Tub,
Cute bathroom. Balcony, Tea table.
Huge shelves, cupboards. etc etc...
 
1 min walk to mel uni, 10 min to rmit, Numerous amt of trams available, Lygon streets, Aldi, several stores nearby.
 
 
I am currently paying 1149$ excluding other bills. My agreement  expires January 1 2009. If u r interested i am happy to transfer the lease. You can always extend the lease or agreement in advance, stay as loong as u want.  Bond-1149, same goes with the rent , tnx.
 
I am ready to wait even till  2nd of next month, as i understand geting a person so quick, to taker over is hard. Hope u r satisfied.I am staying here frm april. It is quiet good. If u r interested to shift, i am ready. cheers!
 
Note- A studio is different from a 1 bed room apt. Studio is quiet smaller, more suited for a single person. Pls check the floor plans in the official website.
