We supply clean towels and bed linen weekly.

The apartment is situated in a quiet leafy part of Soutbank just across the road from the War Memorial (ideal for ANZAC Day celebrations), in  walking distance to Crown Casino, Art Centre, Rod Laver Tennis Centre, MCG, Federation Square, Flinder street Station, numerous Restaurants and Theatres. Trams run close by to Melbourne and surrounding
suburbs including St.Kilda and Albert Park Lake (the Grand Prix).

Supermarket, Liquor Stores, Video Hire are just across the road.

The apartment is available for short term only.$850 per week
