Wanted: Seeking flat in Fitzroy, East Melbourne or city end of Richmond

I am a 33 year old professional, female seeking a modern apartment with two bathrooms. Air conditioning is a must! I am tidy and reliable with rent. I am in the great position of having a stable job, so intent to find a place to stay longer term.

My plan will be to take full responsiblity for the lease and recruit flatmates. I will engage a professional cleaner to ensure your property is always in top condition and to prevent petty arguments about cleaning.

As a landlord myself I am able to understand your perspective as well my own. I have rented for the past 15 years with the exception of 18 months in my own apartment. I have decided to enter the rental market again because prefer company and also for the obvious tax benefits.

I own a cockatiel (little bird slightly larger than a budgie) called Cleo. She has never caused any issues in previous rentals aside from wolf whistling at the neighbours. (It once almost got me an unwanted date!)

I am happy to supply references and verification of my employment if required.

The only areas I am interested in is Fitzroy, East Melbourne or the city end of Richmond.
