I'm relocating from Sydney to start a PhD next year at Melbourne Uni, and I need accommodation, long or short term, somewhere in the vicinity of Parkville/Carlton. Though I ride, so further afield isn't a problem.

Single male, 26, Arts student, enjoys hanging out with housemates, cooks excellent cuisine, tidy-ish. But not big into house parties and will have to start getting serious about study/work. Hopefully there are other students in the same situation.

I've got plenty of kitchen stuff, including a near-new fridge, as well as LCD tv, wii, etc., so maybe setting up a new share house with others would be a god idea.

Beginning any time between January and March, preferably start of February, though very flexible with dates and would like to get a few possibilities on the cards before it gets too late.
