Hello!
 
I am looking to rent a one bedroom apartment from Jan. or Feb. 2010 for a few months (until May, June, or July - so the end date is flexible).  Rent: no more than about $350 per week.  I am open to furnished or unfurnished.....fairly near the CBD or within about a 20 min. tram ride would be ideal.  I am an overseas young professional female - responsible and clean! 
 
If you could let me know if you have something available to rent/take over lease, that would be great!  Thank-you!!  :)
