We are looking for a housemate(s) (girls / boys) to share the masterbedroom which available NOW. The house is fully furnished. Rent per head is 325$/month paid in advance & bills are divided by the number of housemates. If you are looking for own place you may take over the lease as well. The lease expires in Feb 5 next year with a possibility of renewal. The house is 15 mins walk from the station and very close to monash university (7 mins walk). You can have a parking space as well. Couples welcome, & if you are alone you might have to share the room unless you are taking over the lease.
 
All nationalities welcome. A handsome guy & a beautiful girl lives here. We are from the sub-continent. Inspection in the morning or anytime in the weekends.
