Our 3 bedroom fully furnished newly build holiday house is situated in Venus Bay, an idealic, unspoilt holiday location near spectacular well patrolled surf beaches, national parks (Cape Liptrap), kangaroo feeding grounds, fishing spots, children’s playground, shops and café. The house has AC, BBQ, DVD, Kitchen, Laundry facilities, Television, Undercover Parking, Bedrooms: 1 x Queen and 2 x Doubles (sleeps 6), quality bedding throughout, lovely gardens. Ideally we wish for families who can rent the house for 5 to 6 times per year at a reduced rate, prices and arrangements for this type rental is negotiable. Off peak period $80 per night or reduced for extended period. December 26 to end Jan is $1500 per week. Easter period of 4 days is $850.
