Hi,

I am a business owner of a successful business.

I am looking to rent an apartment that is either 1 bedroom with a spacious lounge room OR 2 bedrooms, as I run the office from home.

I can provide bank statements to show proof of income for anyone concerned about the self-employment. The business has been operational since January 2007 and has over 450 clients.

I would like an apartment ideally in Clifton Hill but the following are also okay: Northcote, Thornbury, Fitzroy, Fitzroy North, Collingwood, Abbotsford.

I am not looking to share, to please don't ask!

Looking for at least a 6 month lease with view to stay long term.

Ideal rate of $250 per week. Looking to move in ASAP, willing to pay more is fully furnished, but this is not a requirement.
