I'm looking for an apartment and not a sharehouse.

The accommodation needs to be safe, reasonable in price for that area and has to be neat.

It would be fantastic if I could move in, then I could settle down myself in the new environment. I am ready to move anytime before christmas.

My girl is planning to arrive in Melbourne from India some time in February 2010. I'm looking for a place of our own in around southeast close to health leisure centre and the library in the following suburbs namely Bayswater or Boronia.
